Rediscovering the joy of making.

Conceptualised by Harshika Amin, the purpose of this artisan label is to arrive upon innovations in the art of making objects and things.

trivial PURSUITS makes tangible physical OBJECTS like Jewellery, Ceramics, Stationery and Interiors Accessories. These are made available for sale online and in pop up stores. It also makes intangible STORIES, spun out of the process of developing and making the objects. They take the form of written words, photographs, sketches and animation clips. The stories enhance the experience of the objects, tracing it's uniqueness and how it is made.

The objects and the stories together form a COLLECTION. trivial PURSUITS will be releasing new collections with objects and stories every couple of months. The pieces in the collections are all limited editions.

The artisan label is centered in the core beliefs and values Harshika holds as a Designer, Dancer and Maker. It weaves together her experience and interest in the fields of Design, Visual Art, Photography and Writing, while examining them under the lens of CRAFT.
